Sold / Verkauft I was lately asked what my favourite drawing tools are, now here they are. I am not a very accomplished draughtsman I have to say, but I developed over the years a kind of shorthand, that gives me exactly the information I need for a painting.

1. my favourite notebook: a
Moleskine REPORTER Style Pocket Notebook - Plain Pages
2.
View Catcher™, now this is as simple as it is genial. Close one eye and find your picture plane,it is fun and entertaining and makes you start to appreciate objects and scenes in a complete new light, this is just perfect to work with
3.
Copic Wide, love those as they are bold, I use three shades of grey, so I am forced to make quick decisions
4.
Copic Sketch5. and 7. Japanese Brush Pen, I got this one from a friend from Tokyo, but you can get them as-well in art-stores outside of Japan, I believe.
6.Lithographic Crayon by WM. Korn, Inc., they are just wonderful, and come in a also wonderful little box.
